Our work has told us that you would find it useful to use online leadership communities to enhance your leadership development – see Facilitating the development of Social Services Leadership Communities across Scotland - starting points and future directions.

Online communities will help you:

• connect with others to reflect on your leadership learning
• share ideas, knowledge and resources
• feel supported in your leadership journey.

There are a number of online communities that may be of interest which can be found on the Knowledge Network. Alternatively, you may wish to set up your own online community of practice.
